Thanks for the reply.
We are waiting for wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
Also, provide screenshots or video. You can use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.
What is the link to the mentioned page/your site?

Hi you can see here the errors, images are different in the editor than the preview, wont update, text is also not updating, there are more errors in the box background colour image 4, should have a grey background, when i try to change colour, the next product below, gets cut half way off. and text falls behind image above

Hello,

Provide us with access that can be used to log in to your Dashboard. Follow this – https://gyazo.com/1ff8f843cc29e13cc212fee2b63e9678 or just change the password for the user via the admin panel, and check if it works before a reply here.

We just need correct access to your Dashboard. Maybe I’ve explained not clearly, sorry. Please provide login and password that can be used to login into the Dashboard, that’s all. Then we will be able to check settings and help you.

Dear @Clynt

WordPress Dashboard is independent of our theme. By default you should be able to create new users and delete them, like here – https://gyazo.com/0204167939d069d9e2fe47e11a7d4278 If you can’t do this, contact your hosting provider and ask for help. We can’t do anything without access.
