    Hi,

don’t know if you guys have time to check this for me, I would be very grateful, my site is loading very slowly, don’t know what is causing this issue.
    Here is the summary: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150424_7D_DT3/
Are my images too big? Is the font loading slow?

Hope you could give me some advice.

    Hello,

You need optimize images to make site load faster.
Also you can speed up the site following the suggestions from these articles:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Optimization
    http://techtage.com/speeding-up-wordpress-sites/

    Thank you.

Sorry to re-open, I followed all instructions on speeding up WP but my site keeps loading really slow…
I smushed the images, tries W3 Total cache, nothing helps, could it be something with WP Retina?

    I’m pretty hopeless now 🙂
When surfing to a single product page, it takes several seconds to load…

    big thank you in advance…

Sorry to butt-in but you have Gzip enabled?

If you can’t do this contact your host.

    Check for Gzip here: http://checkgzipcompression.com

This seems like a good read: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/06/25/how-to-speed-up-your-wordpress-website/

Good luck, we all want quick loading websites for our viewers / customers.

Notice on the post above, it says your hosting company can vary on the speed of your website.

I have used the P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler) and Screets Live Chat that came bundled with this theme came up as the most hungry resource hog.

I have disabled it and will most probably delete it.

Question for Eva or the team

The biggest resource hog for me is the revolution slider with the images, this is causing a slower load time then I would like, other than optimising what is the best way of keeping load time down on this other than fully disabling it!

    Thanks

Maybe Master Slider would be better? Don’t know…

    BrokenDance,

Not tried that to be fair.

I have reduced load time by doing several things already, WP Smush, GZip etc etc

Looking into WP Super Cache as some say go for W3 and some say go for WP Super

    Hi,

per image, there are 15 variations in my wp-content/upload folders, isn’t that too much?
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3502821/content.jpg

Loading a single product page takes five (5!) seconds… The images take the most time.
Should I maybe delete all Retina files? And deactivate the Retina plugin?

I tested the site on brand new iPad and strangely: on iPad it works great, it loads much faster…

The Retina plugin says that the theme only requires 6 retina images? Which ones are those?
    Thanks!

Hi, tried everything, followed all possible online tutorials and tips, but loading a single product page still takes 5 seconds, don’t have no idea anymore how to fix this…

    Hello @BrokenDancer,

I’ve checked single product page and it’s loading quite fast. Also I’ve checked the page speed load via web tools and the result is:

Please try to check the site with another Internet provider.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
