Please send:

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

FTP info is in the private content area.

Admin details I am not able to share as I can not login to admin panel.

Hello,

You provided wp-admin URL, but we need a username and password to log in your Dashboard.
On the site that you provided we can see 6.2.12 version of the theme (it is not the latest version). Have you restored a backup?
Looks like you updated Core plugin before the theme update.
You can do the update of the theme and then Core plugin without any problems now.
