    Situation no longer tolerable.

    I consider myself a patient, civilized and sensible person.
    But I am receiving several negative feedbacks on the site, from suppliers, customers and friends, on the NON VISIBILITY of the site and the fact that it does not load either on a pc or on a smartphone!

    What do we have to do? I am in the process of opening business!
    The site must be both usable and fast!
    I have a high-level server, so the problems lie elsewhere.

    I would appreciate more detailed feedback from you.

    As for me, the site can be visible on computer and mobile – https://prnt.sc/vnv3f3 https://prnt.sc/vnv482 (chrome and safari browsers), maybe there is a cache, please try to clear it on your devices.

    It is not the cache.
    I sent detailed fact sheets of what’s wrong with testing the site on GTMetrix and Speed Insight. Both of them give a lot of errors.
    I will wait for tomorrow and hope the technicians solve the problem.

    However, if I say that I with 4 devices, collaborators who are external, suppliers who are external, and friends who are external tell me that the site is not seen and does not load, THE SITE IS NOT SEEN AND DOES NOT LOAD.

    Hello,

    We were able to improve the speed results a little bit:
    Before https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.petphotowall.com/wKePhzYI/
    After https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.petphotowall.com/yy1Koirg/
    But check the list of enabled plugins and turn off the plugins that you don’t use. Third-party plugins that you keep enabled call a lot of additional scripts that also slows down the site.
