    Hello,

I’ve updated by Visual Composer plugin as per the Envato email from last week, but since then, all the content where I’ve used the Visual Composer does not show up online. It is still there in the backend pages and posts, but does not show up online.

I feel like I’ve overlooked something simple, that should be an easy fix! I hope you can help, thank you!

    Hello,

You’re using old theme version. Please update to the latest.
Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for the video! I’ve updated to Legenda 2.9.2.
    The issue persists as before.

Perhaps you can check in, poke around and let me know if something else is amiss.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

The reason is you’re using outdated elements of Visual Composer plugin:

As you’ve updated the plugin you have to recreate elements on your pages (only those that are outdated).
    Please try it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for the tip! This seems to solve most of my issues. I’ve deleted the elements using outdated features and that does the trick. It’s also worth noting that any elements that use the CSS Animation option also seem to cause conflicts. If I remove that feature, then all the elements appear fine. I’m not bothered by the loss of the CSS Animation, so removing it is fine.

    Thanks again!
