Site is not loading - by Tobio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    I have a Shop running with 15.000 products.
    After uploading the products, my page is not showing anything anymore.

    When using the standard theme, I can acsess the page.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Tobio,

    please ask your host provider to increase PHP ‘memory_limit’ value to 256M.

    Hello,

    I’ve set memory_limit value in your php.ini file. Please check your site now and clear browser cache before.

    Hello,

    okay the site is working, but the product pages are not working.
    When clicking on a product I get an 404 error. All the prodcuts are there in the backend.

    Where is the option in Worpdress?

    You’re welcome.

    The option is located in wp-admin panel > Settings > Permalinks, I just clicked “Save” button.
