Site http requests delayed 10-20 seconds when et-core plugin installed.

I’m experiencing request delays from 10-20 seconds when et-core plugin installed. Tried to removed all plugins and themes, but anyway delays were there.

Note: I exported same site on different domain and it’s working fine. But on centar-pharm.com (registered domain) issue is always there.
