Hi,

I have had a breach in my site – as all of my files was deleted.

Can i just check that your staff are secured and not using our logins to delete our site.

As now I have to rebuild months of work in a matter of days.

I am asking as you guys are the only ones i expose the dashboard and ftp logins too.

No accusations.

Keep up the great work!

Hello,

We did not delete anything from our side.
We hope that your hosting provider makes regular backups of your site and you will be able to restore it from backup instead of creating it from scratch.
