It looks like the theme crashed the site entirely last night causing major problems. The hosting company believes it to be a conflict between XStore and maybe Jetpack or WC.

Hello,

We don’t see mentioned errors in log file http://prntscr.com/j54fcj even when Jetpack plugin is enabled. Errors that we see there are related to third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme.

Tell me your actions step by step to reproduce errors that you mentioned in your message.

Hello,

You have sent us the full list of Slow Errors but not all these errors are related to our theme. The following errors come from our theme:
1) the_post_thumbnail() /www/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/widgets/recent-posts.php:72
– request to get image. This is default function of WP that we use. You can use default WP widget to show posts without images or disable images in 8theme Post widget settings http://prntscr.com/j6en4q and then you will avoid this request.
2) dynamic_sidebar() /www/wp-content/themes/xstore/footer.php:39
– caused by that widget with post images
3) get_footer() /www/wp-content/themes/xstore/404.php:30
– caused by that widget with post images
4) /www/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/init.php:68
– caused by that widget with post images
5) /www/wp-content/themes/xstore/functions.php:10
– caused by that widget with post images

We have fixed fatal error in child theme and stack trace related to this error also should be fixed.

You may provide errors, but please, provide errors related strictly to our theme. We don’t need the full list of errors from other plugins or WP because we won’t be able to help with them.

Update to this thread. We are now having broken items with Visual Composer. Products are not displaying in the category short codes, and the blog posts are not showing with the short codes through Visual Composer.

Hi,

I was able to have my developer work around the problem on the specific product page, although the short codes were not displaying properly with the theme. If you look at the homepage though, the blog posts are still not displaying. The Quantity field is also missing on all product pages still. I have included screen shot link in the private area.

Here is more information:

You can told them that with X store theme products and WordPress blog posts are not loading. We are using visual composer element (masonry grid products) to load products and (masonry grid posts) for Blog posts on home page.
There is no error in console but still products and posts are not loading. We have tried to deactivate all other plugins but the issue was still there so this is an issue with Theme.
I have also test this with other WordPress themes and the products were loading but with X store we have this issue.

Also, the products are not loading properly on https://highlandpharms.com/best-cbd-dabs-waxes/

There should be 6 products but only 3 are displaying. The third product is also not displaying properly. A screenshot is in the above thread as well.

Hello,

1) I suppose you are using CloudFlare CND and especially its minification option. Please, disable CDN minification because Chrome and FF browsers block CDN minified scripts and it caused your issue with qty, quick view and few other. At the same time, it works in Safari. You need to disable CDN minification then contact CDN support to fix this problem.

2) Provide me temporary Dashboard and FTP access to check the problem with VC post grid.

Hello,

1) You don’t need to disable CDN at all, just minification. Anyway, Q-ty, quick view works fine now.
2) We have fixed issue with products. This fix also will be included in next theme update.
3) Don’t see problem with post masonry grid http://prntscr.com/j9ueaf

Thank you so much! The products are displaying properly.

It looks like caching is making the masonry grid not display on homepage. Since we need to have Cloudflare active, can you look at this again? I had the caching turned off which is why that was showing up.

Hello,

That element is the default VC element. We found many users who use cache plugins with similar problems https://github.com/websharks/comet-cache/issues/673 Check that conversation and try if solution mentioned there helps you. If not then leave the comment in WPBakery plugin comments area, maybe developers have the better solution.
