SITE DOWN – After updates - by topimr

This is the second time this has happened. I did updates with the Royal theme and now the entire site has crashed again. Does the theme not work with the new WooComm?

I have another ticket started on this but wasn’t sure if I need to start a new ticket to get help asap.

Please help!!

Ok I worked on this for hours before I finally submitted a ticket. Of course right after I submitted it…. I got the site back up!!!

I only have one more issue that is happening since the update. That is that we can not add new products. Please look at the shop page. The new book we added has a broken image. In addition when I click on the link it gives 404 error even though that is the url that the book it on?

I looked and the products on shop page (http://punapress.com/shop/) is linking to the wrong url. Why is it doing that?

http://punapress.com/product/cheapest-flight-paradise/ WRONG URL THAT SHOP PAGE IS LINKING TO.

Do you know why this is happening?

No I am still having the issue with adding products.

This seems to have resolved itself since this morning. Did you do that? Also, I changed the image and now the image shows up as broken again? Why is that happening?
