Site design went down after overcoming hosting limit

    Hello,
    We had a problem with our hosting quota and site design went down – see scr shot

    We have upgraded our hosting quota, but the site design still appears like this.

    How can we resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    1) a) Update theme to version 6.3.9.3 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.9.1.
    b) Update all the bundled plugins https://www.8theme.com/downloads
    2) Clear the plugin cache
    3) Clear server cache and CDN if you use it
