    Hi,

Our website (http://www.richardtaylordesigns.co.uk/) does not seem to be working since updating earlier this week. The front end displays fine but the back end is down. The theme should be latest version.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

There is error on your site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/sites/richardtaylordesigns.co.uk/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1315

Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Sorry, but that’s the solution of your problem.
Otherwise delete some plugins via FTP that you don’t use.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

The limit has been increased to 128M using a php.ini file however this doesn’t seem to have solved the issue.

    Hello,

As I see backend is working now:
    http://prntscr.com/bmj2kb

Clear browser cache/cookies and check again.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
