Single Product Sidebar / empty space issue

Hi there,

First of all congratulations on your fantastic theme. I have used MANY themes and am very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of your theme.

I do have two questions thou. It’s related to this page:

1. As you can see there is an empty white space next to the product image. How do I move the text up so that the empty white space is removed? Screenshot: https://snag.gy/rAC09Y.jpg
2. Why is the product description / review under the sidebar? It should be next to the sidebar. Please, advise how to do so. Screenshot: https://snag.gy/tV0EZM.jpg

Hello,

Thank you for purchasing our theme.
1. Please delete this css code from Theme Options > Styling > Custom css https://prnt.sc/hzctyu
2. Copy content-single-product.php file into child theme and make the following changes http://prntscr.com/hy20dj

Thank you for your fast reply.

1. This is now fixed.

2. I copied the content-single-product.php from parent theme to childtheme/woocommerce/ and made the changes you suggested (which make complete sense) but it has no effect: http://food.bangkokwebagency.co.th/product/crew-sweatshirt/ I’m not using any cache at the moment.

Any idea why it wouldn’t take the change?

2. The child theme activated on your site?
If yes, please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

Hi, apologies for this.

I have now been able to fix it. Put it in the wrong child theme folder before. Now it loads fine:
