    Good afternoon,

My “Shop” page filters are aligned to the left of the page instead of centered across the top after I installed new updates.

In addition, when viewing a “Single Product”

    – The gallery images below the main product image are all displaying vertically down the page instead of horizontally in a slider.

-For products that do contain a Product Video, the video/play icon is no longer displaying next to the product image.

    – The “description”, “additional info”, and “review” tabs are not displaying as accordian tabs. The “review” tab is not displaying at all.

All plugins are up to date as of the writing of this message.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    Thanks for the topic.
You use the latest version of the theme but old version of Core plugin (1.0.15). Please update 8theme Core plugin to latest version – Appearance > Install plugins, also you need to update Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

    Hello,

Thank you for your help. I have made both updates, however, all issues persist evern after purging my cache and clearing browsing history.

Moreover, when viewing products on the products or shop page there are gaps of white space between some images.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Problems relate to custom changes in a child theme, once I activate the parent theme all works fine – https://prnt.sc/is2u9j

    Hello,

Thanks for looking into that. It was my understanding that I should be using a child theme. Is there any way to change the customizations in the child theme or should I be fine using the parent theme?

    Hello,

You should use the child theme to prevent losing changes after the parent theme update. In your case, the code in child theme needs to be checked and corrected to make them works fine with new woocommerce and theme versions. Compare files and add the missing code to your child theme files. Sorry, but we are not responsible for changes in the child theme, so can’t help with this.
