Single Product & Products Archive Pages are not Working & Editable via Elementor

    Dear XStore Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I’ve been using the XStore theme and have previously been able to edit the Single Product and Products Archive Pages in Elementor for customization without any issues. However, I recently noticed that these pages are no longer loading or editable in Elementor as they were before.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there are any updates, compatibility settings, or troubleshooting steps I should follow, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

    We understand the inconvenience you’re experiencing with editing the Single Product and Products Archive Pages in Elementor.

    XStore Builders > Archive Product Builder with Elementor > edit template > https://prnt.sc/APux24lxfK_p We do not see a problem.

    Could you please record a video of your actions and the problem?

    Thank you so much for the quick response & apologies for the incomplete details

    Here are the problematic pages which doesn’t seem to load on my end:

    We have reviewed your screenshots and understand that the issue is visible on your end. However, we are unable to replicate the problem on our side. In such cases, the issue may be related to browser settings, additional extensions, or an outdated browser version.

    We kindly suggest trying the following steps:
    1. Use a different browser to see if the issue persists.
    2. Test the functionality on another computer to rule out any device-specific issues.

    I wanted to let you know that the problem was resolved when I switched to a different browser. It seems that the initial issue was indeed browser-specific, as you suggested.
