    Hi

    When on a mobile and you select one of the tabs on the product page, ie the widget Single Product Tabs, due to the search bar on the mobile sticky header it seems to jump too far down as stacking affects the accordion position.

    Please see private – is it possible to help with a fix to stop this please so it stops and positions exactly at the top of the tab title and doesn’t continue down by the extra pixels that is used by the sticky header / search bar?

    Thanks

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello @Niddy,

    Could you please try adding the following PHP snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file or to a code snippets plugin (if you are using one):

    add_filter('single_product_autoscroll_tabs_mobile', '__return_false');

    This will prevent the page from scrolling when clicking on the tabs, so the behavior you are currently experiencing will no longer occur.

    Best regards,

    Hi

    This does not work, but that kinda defeats the purpose so I don’t want to do this – we can use css but it is the sticky header class that I need to mess with presumably? If we use a minus offset vertically, then surely it will ignore the 50px searchbar addition which is currently affecting and making the tab jump incorrectly.

    I will have a play in the settings and figure out a workable css solution unless you have one to hand?

    Cheers.

    Hello @Niddy,

    Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we did not fully understand your idea. If you have a specific solution in mind, you are welcome to implement it. Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact our support team for additional suggestions.

    We would also like to clarify whether the previously suggested snippet resolved the issue. If it did not, could you please let us know whether it partially addressed your concern or did not work at all?

    Best regards,
