Single Product Page – tabs (accordion) does not work

Hi, my tabs products does not work, not opening.

Hello,

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Try to disable Variation swatches via Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop elements

I use Custom Product Tabs para WooCommerce, May be incompatible?

Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

Our theme allows us to add a few custom tabs: a tab common for all the products (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Tabs) and 1 tab individual for every product (Products > edit product > 8theme Options > Custom tab title and Description).

I dont see 2 tabs in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Tabs > custom tabs option, only one tab with title and description.

Yes, there is only 1 custom tab (in Theme Option), when the Single Product builder is disabled. I’ve edited my previous reply.
