  Under each product, I only have one image uploaded. Yet when I view it, there is a thumbnail image shown. Also, once I click the zoom in image button (to see light box effect) to scroll through the images, it says “the image could not be loaded.”

  I am very confused on what the correct standard and settings should be. Please advise.

  Hello,

  As I see you added a bad images for each products.
  See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/8ehisc

  Try to remove them or add some other images and check this issue.
