Single product page layout issues - by dvempy

I don’t think I’ve changed anything but two issues have occurred overnight.

1) When product zoom is enabled it causes a huge blank space in the middle of the page.

2) Related Products are no longer displayed in a horizontal row, instead they display vertically in one column.

Problem exists on all single product pages.

Hello,

As I see you use old version of the theme. Please update to the latest.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

Also you have old version of Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins. We can help you to update after updating theme. Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

You didn’t write the tab title in Theme Options > Single Product Page.
I’ve written it.
Please check the tabs now.

Hi Eva,

Thanks for your quick reply.

Finally, the width is much narrower than before.

The settings is “wide” instead of boxed. Please see below links for comparison.

As I see your theme version is 2.4 and not 2.5. Please update it to the latest version.
Don’t forget to create a back up before update.
