    Hello @Webleadteam,

The issue with the broken layout on your products occurs because the product excerpts were generated using ChatGPT, as indicated by the code, which includes custom HTML tags such as strong, span with custom attributes (see: https://gyazo.com/ed4ab52ed056085b2406991d7cc41e48). Since the excerpt is displayed on your products and limited to 120 characters (https://gyazo.com/c22a1b6dcccfa59c745075beaa6b86f9), some tags remain unclosed, causing the subsequent content to appear broken.

We have temporarily disabled the “Show excerpt” option, which has resolved the slider layout issue on your products.

Regarding the modified content on your products, we are not certain how the changes were made. Currently, all product content appears as a text editor widget. You may contact your hosting provider to check for file backups or update the product content using the appropriate widgets, such as Image, Text Editor, Heading, etc.

We kindly recommend first creating the base products and verifying their content and responsiveness before duplicating them. This approach will help prevent multiple items from having broken content that would require manual correction.

The video demonstrating the issue on your single product page was not attached. Please provide the URL to the file by uploading it to a file-sharing service such as https://fex.net/.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Webleadteam,

Please check now. The “Stretch Section” option was previously enabled on your section, which uses additional JavaScript scripts to stretch the section. We have disabled this setting and added the “xstore-stretch-section” class in “Section → Advanced → Layout → CSS Classes” (https://gyazo.com/e26925d21dc096521040eee087ba77a0).

Regarding the issue with the image in your footer, it appears that the image was previously uploaded incorrectly, resulting in an invalid URL (https://gyazo.com/4e43db01d2c4324fabde7ce05da2cc52). We have now set the correct image, and it should display properly. Please check and confirm.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
