I’m trying to make my page look like the demo:

    https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?product=fruits-6

My main image is a funky size and when you scroll over the image gets smaller, not larger.

    Here’s my site:

    http://www.themenumaster.com/menu-plan/menu-2/

I have played around with various sizes in woocommerce, including the the recommended size from the Royal documentation, but can’t get it to work. The homepage image size works fine.

    Hello,

Your original image is too small – 450px × 600px, but it should be 712px × 950px approximately or larger. Please reupload original image with higher resolution.

    Thank you.
    Regards,

I tried uploading a 712×950 png version of the photo but it says HTTP error in the media library and won’t upload.

    Hello,

That error may be caused by your server configuration. Please refer to these articles

    Thank you.

Based on those articles, this has been a problem for years, and there doesn’t seem to be a consensus as to the solution. And most of the answers involve coding, which I know nothing about.

I get the error for png files but not jpg. Does that narrow down the list of potential causes?

If this is a server problem, do I contact my host and let them fix it?

I contacted the host, they looked into it, the hosting is not the issue. They are still trying to help me, I gave them my login info and they uploaded a png file no problem.

This wasn’t an issue with my old theme, it has something to do with the new theme. Do you have any other ideas as to what the problem might be?

My host and I were able to weed the problem down to the Woocommerce plugin. When it is off, I can upload png files just fine. But then the site doesn’t work.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Is there a fix for this Woocommerce/Theme incompatability?

Also, the single product page image is still messed up. Like I said on the 14th, “my main image is a funky size and when you scroll over the image gets smaller, not larger.” Is it fixable?
