    Hi miss Kemp,

can you please take a look here > http://www.lidogr.com/?product=cami-top-white ?
What you’ll notice is that the container which everything must be in, is not there.

    I would change the single-product page’s template, but I can’t find it!

    Please advise.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

Could you please specify what and where everything should be displayed?
Please provide us with admin panel credentials in Private Content.

If you want to use your own template for single-product page this article may help you: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/template-structure/

    Hello again,

    compared to this page https://www.8theme.com/demo/idstore/?product=awesome-white-promo-dress
my single-product page has no padding between the content (breadcrumbs, image, description, demo banners etc) and the browser’s edges.

Is it a css problem or is it the template that is messed up?

    Thank you again.

    Greetings, Billy

    Hello,

As I see you have IDStore theme version 3.2 and now there is 3.4 version.
Please update the theme to the latest version and let us know if the problem persists.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
