‘Single Product Page’ default page layout additional images is creating large gap between the image gallery under the main image. The gap only recedes when you click on swipe one of the additional images. See URL links in private content for example

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site and do not see the problem. Is this solved?

Hi Rose, no it hasn’t. Between the image gallery and the product description there’s a large gap created. It only adjusts then you use the image gallery or reload the page. Please take a look at the link below. Seems to be affecting Safari web browser.

    Hello,

Sorry, but I can’t see the problem.
It would be hugely helpful to us if you are able to indicate any steps taken up until the issue occurred. We may need to be able to recreate your issue on our end, and having this information would help with that. Please, be as specific as possible.
What version of theme and WC do you use on site?

    Regards

    Hello,

Please check now. We’ve made changes in xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php file.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
This was done via child theme, even after parent theme update it should work fine. There was a specific issue, so we did not include the fix in last theme update.

    Regards

Ok – thanks Rose. Could you help me understand how this is a specific issue. Does it have to do with a plugin conflict or my theme style sheet? Ideally, I’d like to know the root cause?

    Hello,

There was autoheight for the carousel on single product page, that created such situation in Safari. Maybe, in one of next theme updates, will be added additional option for it. The autoheight is required for some clients who use images with different sizes, for now.
