There are 3 things I need help with:
1. I am looking to add an Accordion element just before the product tabs on my Product Page, however Page builder is not allowing me to do this. Any help how I can accomplish this?
2. When I add a product to Cart, it does not show me the Added to Cart pop-up, how can I enable this function?
3. Same with the added to wishlist, does not show a Popup, etc?

Hello,

1) Please describe the desired result in more details.
Use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates a link to the image and you will just send us that link.
2) There is no such popup, check our demos.
You can disable “AJAX add to cart for simple products” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.
