Single product main image totally huge after 8.0 uodate

Since I did the 8.0 update the single product page main image is totally huge.

And not a third party plugin, I tried deactivating everything that isn’t absolutely necessary and they were still wrong. reoptimized all images and regenerated thumbnails. Still wrong.

Do you have Jetpack active? That caused the same problems for me.
Disable Jetpack, it’s a known issue on the new jetpack update.

It was fine after Jetpack update. Just after theme update. And yes, I have Jetpack, but it’s necessary for my cart system. I’d sooner dump the theme than Jetpack, honestly. And it’s not ALL the images. Just some images.

Issue that is not related to our theme but to the Jetpack plugin update. They have issues with the sliders after the plugin update https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-elementor-image-carousel/#post-14668770 They will fix it in the next update we suppose. Follow the instructions from plugin author or disable plugin.

This isn’t about the sliders.

This is about *some* of the product images on the single product page. And those pictures were fine after the Jetpack update. This all started with your update. If it were Jetpack they’d all be like that. It isn’t the image per se, it’s the placement. I’ve tried replacing and totally removing the image.

And the mobile menu doesn’t work. It’s just an image on the screen.

I’ve been very happy until now, this is my second theme with you, but this update is terrible.

Hello,

Did you read the Jetpack forum? Did you see the number or topics there with the issue with the sliders? Try to disable the Jetpack and check by yourself.

We have released theme update 8.0.1 to overwrite plugin files and fix the error because number of requests that come to us because of this issue of the third-party plugin is huge but before theme update just disable the plugin and check the product page after that to make sure by yourself.

Clear the mobile browser cache and check the mobile menu after that. Probably your browser uses cached version of old styles and scripts.

Did you not see that I am not talking about sliders? I am talking about the main product image on the single product page. Has NOTHING to do with sliders. My sliders are fine. My products on the other hand are totally messed up. Disabling third party plugins didn’t help. Rolling back Jetpack two versions didn’t help. If I had to guess Id call it a conflict between the single product page builder and your update.

And yes I had a slider issue but I fixed it myself. That was after your LAST update, and rolling back Jetpack didn’t fix that either.

At this moment I don’t see mentioned issue anymore https://prnt.sc/1deyv64 and product without gallery also is ok https://prnt.sc/1df18sx
So, could you, please, tell me what is still wrong? Maybe provide us with the screenshot for better understanding.
