Single product Gallery slider - by MotorsportTravel

Dear support team,
we are experiencing a problem with the gallery slider of the single product page. All pictures are shown in thumbnail and not in the slider. It happens after last update.
The “Enable slider for gallery images” and “Enable Lightbox for Product Images” are both on under Theme options > Single Product Page.
You can see the problem here http://motorsportravel.com/prodotto/week-end-ferrari/ , for example.
Can you help?

The problem persists only with your child theme.
So check the changes you made in child theme files.

We made no changes on the theme files in the child theme, we only worked on few CSS settings.
Is a bug of the theme that the setting on the Theme Option dashboard are not recognized if I am using a child theme? In the past I have asked an help about another problem about the login page and the only answer was to delete the lines into the .php file…

Hello,

As I see you’ve also edited woocommerce files in your child theme wp-content/themes/royal-child/woocommerce/single-product http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0817/h_1471429440_1204483_b0dfce6a70.png .
Delete these files or rename them and check single product page after that.

This files wasn’t be edited: they was loaded to solve the problem stated by the Woocomeerce Status:

royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php versione 2.0.14 il file non è aggiornato. La versione di base è 2.6.3,
royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php versione 2.3.0 il file non è aggiornato. La versione di base è 2.6.3,

If I load the newer file as explained in the procedure https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/, the gallery slider disappear.
At the moment we keep the old files in the template, so the slider is working fine.

Hello,

Please remove those files from child theme.
This woocommerce status can be ignored:
royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php versione 2.0.14 il file non è aggiornato. La versione di base è 2.6.3,
royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php versione 2.3.0 il file non è aggiornato. La versione di base è 2.6.3,

It won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
So you can fix it by editing the files in wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce directory and change the version to the current Woocommerce version that you’re using.

Don’t reupload files from original plugin folder.
