    Hello,

I am trying to build a single product page with the builder inside Xstore. Somehow the product title isn’t changing after publishing, also when i use padding on the gallery or title it isn’t shwoing up after publishing.

I have cleared all the possible caches aswell in the browser but still no changes. Hope you can help me.

    Kind regards.

    Hello, @Configoods,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1) In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

If the problem continues to persist, we kindly request you to provide a screenshot of the issue where the product title is not changing after publishing. Additionally, if you are experiencing issues with padding on the gallery or title not appearing after publishing, please provide a screenshot of this as well.

    2) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:
