Since the latest update my stock control (the – and + box) doesn’t work on the live site

    Since the latest update my stock control (the – and + box) doesn’t work on the live site. Before, customers could click the + sign on product pages and it would only go up to the amount of stock we have available.

    Now, it just keeps on going up when clicked and doesn’t stop. If customers then try to add that amount to the cart they get a message saying they cannot add that amount. I think this would be annoying to customers, it was better that they could see straight away when an item only has a few left.

    Is there a way to make it work so that the + only goes up to the amount of stock we have?

    Hello @DebbieC,

    We would like to suggest that you try activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will be clear that the issue is not related to our theme and we suggest that you contact the WooCommerce support for further assistance.
