    Hi,

I have 4 products that should have the same attribute but 2 of them are not being considered with that attribute. What could be happening?

If you go to: Firmas -> Khloe, you will see in the left sidebar how “Talla Calzado” attribute shows 2 results. These two results are simple products and don´t have any attribute info in their own product page configuration just like the other two products that are not taken into account by the “Talla Calzado” attribute and I don´t understand why.

Could you explain it to me please?

    Thanks in advance

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Please try to create variable products and add the attribute “Talla calzado” for the products of “Khloe” brand.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Sorry, but variations are part of Woocommerce configuration.
Please try to add the attribute “Talla calzado” for variable products of “Khloe” brand and check filter after that.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
