    My Current Build: http://www.charityeventuk.com/stagetwo/shop/#

There are three links above. The pertaining titles should help you navigate through them.

The screenshots provided show shop sidebar filters which are collapsable, hence they take less space in the page.

The link provided is to my current build of XStore, which does have a sidebar filter area, however it is not collapsable. I have searched through the internet to no avail; I would like to know how to achieve the same effect.

To clarify; within the widget admin dashboard, there are various wigets (Woocommerce, 8Theme, etc) that can be appended to any widget area – in this case shop sidebar area. How do I make these collapsable like the screenshots above. Feel free to browse the website where the screenshots were taken from for a more practical insight.

In the screenshots I’m referring to, the website also has a greater number of filters in the sidebar area. For example by filter by department (which can be seen as default category values) but also shop by price, season, etc. How would I append such variables to the sidebar in XStore? You have the filter by price option (which I believe is a custom widget created by you?) I would like to create more similar widgets (preferably via a plugin). And of course still have the section be collapsable.

I hope you can understand what I am looking for. Again, please take a look at the URL’s for a better insight. As aforementioned, I would prefer to use as little code as possible and would prefer to use a plugin if you can provide one.

    Thank You.

Update: I have found the following plugin which allows close funcitonality to what I’m looking for. If you would like to use the link for reference. But I would still appreaciate your input on the subject matter. Particularly because the aesthetics/styling of this plugin do not fit to that of Xstore Theme.

    Hello,

At this moment XStore does not have such feature for the sidebar widgets. But it’s a good idea and I sent it to our developers and maybe in one of the future updates, we’ll implement something similar.

You can try third-party plugins to implement this but we did not test them with our theme, so, maybe some styles customization will be required.

    Regards

Thank you for your reply. Could you perhaps provide me with some code to allow for this. I am aware you provide a customization service, however this is out of the question.

    Thank You.

At the least guide me through the way. What to edit, PHP, CSS, etc.

    Hello,

We don’t have the ready solution for this to guide you that’s why we can’t provide you list of files to edit because we need to implement it first to be able to answer this question.

You may contact WPKaken team to get help with such customization.

If you have installed the third-party plugin to implement this and have some styles issue I can help you with it. But I need the correct link to the page where I’ll be able to check the problem and also screenshots and explanation what you want to change.

    Regards
