Hey there. I want to change the background color of sidebar widget in products page. It is gradient atm. I dont know where it is coming from. How can i change this ? I did it manually by editing style.css but i want to learn if there is any option in xtheme customizer.

I want change the width of it also.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > disable Sidebar Widgets With Scrollable Content option.

Besides never edit the parent theme files because you will lose your changes. Either use child theme for additional customization or if you want to change style use Theme Options > Custom CSS.

Okay thank you. What about the width of the sidebar ? How can i change it , its too large atm?

Go to Pages > edit your Shop page > [8theme] Layout options > Sidebar width

Thank you ! I have one more problem. Sometimes some of my pictures are not visible on mobile. for example: Logo of my page. I upload a picture of it. I cleared my cache, tried on another browser. Some phones can see the pictures some cant. Why is this happening ? Im sending a picture of the problem in content area.

Hello,

What mobile device do you use, what browser? We have checked your site and don’t see the issues with logo on mobile.

Thanks for response. I fixed it by uploading the logo again. Deleted the old one. Btw, im using loco translate and translated xtheme core but in single product view “Categories” product meta is not changing. Can you check it ?

Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail. Also, connect to your CDN to allow us to clear the CDN http://prntscr.com/ursqrg after our changes.

What did you do ? My menu changed back to Marseille ? I change it back to my option. I did the CDN settings. And providing the FTP details

I did not change the menu.
Did you make any changes in xstore theme files? Because once I reuploaded theme source files translation works ok.

Hello,

Don’t make changes in the parent theme files because you will lose them after the update. If you want to make changes install and use the child theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/
After switching to the child theme you will need to import options from the parent theme.
