Sidebar not showing on single product page

In Theme Options > Single Product Page, I have selected the right hand sidebar image, but the sidebar is not showing on the single product pages?

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

As I see you don’t have instaled all required plugins. Such as Visual Composer plugin.
Also you’re using old plugins versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

I have uploaded all the latest plugins including the Visual Composer and the sidebar is still not showing on the single product pages.
This is set on Theme Options > Single Product Page – so I am not sure why Visual Composer would have anything to do with this?

Please advise.

Hello,

You need put some widget into Single product page Sidebar (Dashoboard->Appearance->Widgets) and then check sidebar on Single page.
