Sidebar Missing Products - by erinok - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Dear Support,

    We just added a new product – Soap: https://essentialthree.com/product/natural-soaps/

    It is in the category Body Care. It is showing up in the drop-down menu, but not the sidebar menu. We cannot find any reason it is not displaying in the sidebar – can you please advise?

    Lip Balm is also missing from the sidebar: https://essentialthree.com/product/lip-balm/

    It seems to have magically fixed itself, however, we lost our sidebar formatting. I just checked and it still uses Extra Class category-1. Can you please advise on how to reinstate the formatting? Thank you.
