  How we can edit shop page there is no option edit shop page by using elementor or any other plugin?

  Hello,

  Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > choose position of the sidebar. Under WooCommerce section you can find also many other options to edit layout of the shop page, products effects etc.
  If you want to be able to edit shop archive page using Elementor you need to use Elementor Pro, default Elementor does not have such option.
