Hello 8themes. I use Xstore, I bought Xstore through Themeforest.

The problem I’m having is that when I click add to cart, the only display I get is a green pop-up (see 00.21 seconds in the video I sent).

I want the sidebar to appear automatically when I click add to cart like the Xstore theme demo.

As additional information, I have met the system requirements required for Xstore installation.

Can you show me the guide?

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > disable Product Added Notification option. Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > enable Off-canvas type for the minicart.

Thankyou.

I’m currently confused, my child theme is automatically activated.
is this normal or not?
and do i have to remove my child theme?

and when I reactivate the Parent Theme (xstore), all my customizations change and even disappear.

Hello,

It’s ok that you use child theme. Read more about child themes here https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
If you switch to parent theme you lose the styles because parent theme does not inherit child theme changes you made in theme options. If you want to switch to parent theme after the child theme then you need to enable child theme, export theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Export), then enable parent theme and go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Import options file. Reload page without saving the changes. Check the frontend.
