1:menu item image doesn’t show.
the menu name is ‘All departments’.
I made 19*19px image and upload to menu as menu item image.
but it doesn’t show.
teach me how to show it.
2:how can I add [NEW] on menu?
3:how can I customize second menu?

2/ Settings of menu item > label https://prnt.sc/qWiZkUVIDpyZ
3/ Elementor > Settings > Post tyles > enable it for Static blocks, then you will be able to edit static blocks (menus, footer).
Read our docs https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/27-mega-menu and watch “How to create mega menu using Static Blocks” video, in your case use Elementor editor, not WPBakery.
