Side Cart not optmizing for Mobile format, Stuck in Desktop- All Caches cleared – New Update,

Hi, my site was fine till I did the latest update and now the Mobile view panel of the cart when adding/preordering item it opens the Side cart but does not take the website into mobile format and extends it as if its trying to display it on a desktop, The Mobile Panel is enabled as it always was but the 4 Menu I see when editing do not now no longer transfer. I have checked everything and Cleared all caches and CDN from host but cannot figure this out. Please help
