    http://www.cateringcentre.co.uk

    we use w3 total cache

since update the theme to the latest version – the side cart and the cart icon are caching with the page, they should as it looks like the basket is empty when I add something to the cart?

also the wishlist and compare dont work with w3 total caching, without w3 total cache the website is dramatically slow.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you kindly enable the “Always Load Cart Fragments” option by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization?

If this does not resolve the issue, we kindly ask you to provide us with temporary access to your WordPress admin panel so we can investigate further.

    Warm Regards,

brilliant that has worked – it does lag however when the page first loads, takes a few second for it to update / is there something we can do to load them first?

    Hello @Chris,

    Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to prioritize the loading of the script, as doing so would not have any noticeable effect. The script requires the same amount of time to load, and prioritizing it may only result in slowing down the loading of other scripts.

    Best regards,
