    Hello,

The sidebar on my site is not functioning properly – it is being pushed under the page content instead of to the right or left on category pages.

    Witness this category page: http://factorybuilderstores.com/product-category/appliances-2/cooking-appliances/
The side bar with the search filter options should appear on the left side of the page.

This category page is also showing the side bar at the bottom: http://factorybuilderstores.com/product-category/cabinets-2/

This category page however, shows the search filter options correctly on the left: http://factorybuilderstores.com/product-category/appliances-2/cooking-appliances/

I have already tried deactivated all plugins one at a time to see if one of them is causing a problem. A plugin is not the issue.

I re-installed the latest theme update and it is still an issue. Could you please take a look?

    for this information.

    Hello,

We can’t access WP Dashboard as wp-login link redirects to your home page. What is the correct url for wp-admin panel?
Also check if you enabled Full Width option in Theme Options > Shop.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I was finally able to access the dashboard of my website after deleting the SuperSonic plugin.
However, my site design is still showing incorrectly and I am seeing the following notification:

Your theme (WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.

Are you currently working on my site? The design is even more messed up than before and as we are currently in business hours for my company I’d really like to get this fixed. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are working on it or not.

It seems I have solved the issue at least temporarily by restoring a backup of my site.

For the time being. Yes. Thank you.

    ** UPDATE **

I spoke too soon, please re-open this ticket.

The site was working just fine suddenly it became distorted again. The sidebar is back down at the bottom of product category & single product pages such as:
    http://factorybuilderstores.com/product-category/appliances-2/cooking-appliances/
    http://factorybuilderstores.com/product/ge-monogram-french-door-ovens/

Also, you’ll notice on the single product page, product images are not display properly even though I have the slider gallery enabled for single product images.

    theme version: 2.8
    WooCommerce: 2.5.2

Please advise as soon as possible.

    ** UDPATE 3**

Literally a minute later, the site is back to normal. What is happening here?
Could it have something to do with the admin message about outdated WooCommerce theme files? The message (posted below) showed up after someone on your team reinstalled the theme.

“Your theme (WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.”

Can you update the WooCommerce template files?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.
