    Hello

Inside Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Product Style option ‘Show Variables As Simple Products (Beta)’ (https://prnt.sc/1qorx50). This option when it is activated it breaks Filters by Attribute.

Error it shows: NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND

    Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

    Hello

It seems that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
For example there is a product under these filters but it is not finding a product. https://brandparty.com/product-category/men/underwear/?filter_brand=calvin-klein&filter_color=black

    Thank you
    Alex

    Hello,

About this https://brandparty.com/product-category/men/underwear/?filter_brand=calvin-klein&filter_color=black , your product with Black color has the next brand – https://gyazo.com/105a5c8eedc01c88f98c5f1a75f3c645 , so there is no product with black color and calvin-klein brand together.

    Hi

Yes, actually I do have a product that has black colour and calvin klein. https://prnt.sc/1qw0y2l

When this (https://prnt.sc/1qw124b – Show Variations as Simple Products) is ON: it does not display any products and breaks the site (https://prnt.sc/1qw13vo)

When this (https://prnt.sc/1qw15ee – Show Variations as Simple Products) is OFF: it does display products and does not break the site (https://prnt.sc/1qw18b6)

    Thank you
    Alex

    Hello,

Our developers are working on your problem, but it is a bit more complicated question than we thought. It can’t be re-created on our test installation, so there are next questions for you:
    – could you disable these plugins https://prnt.sc/1r4k72s and check how filters work then? we can’t disable mentioned plugins
    – did you do optimization of database? Could you provide access to DB via the Private content area?
    – do you have server cache and cache of DB?

    Regards
