Shortcode in Product custom tab - by fredwerk

Hi,

http://queverenedimburgo.com/extranet/product/loch-ness-tour/

Within the product editing page, I setup a custom tab called “Private Tours” and added this:

PRIVATE TOURS

[dopbsp id=”22″ lang=”en”]

While on the frontend I can see the tab and within the content area I can see PRIVATE TOURS, the shortcode is not visible. It is meant to show a calendar.

I really need this to work. Of course I could show the calendar within the DESCRIPTION tab but for obvious reason I do not wnat this.

Hello,

Please take our apologies for the delay, it was caused by a lot of number of work.
I’ve tested your custom tab by adding shortcode from Visual Composer to it and it displayed without any problems. It seems that there is some conflict with Booking System plugin shortcode in custom tab field. We recommend you to contact plugin support/developer to analyze this issue.

Hi,

The “Description” tab is working fine with the shortcode (it seems to be HTML enabled). However the option of an extra custom tab (a feature of your theme) does not seem to be HTML enabled, just for text (hence why the shortcode is not working). Only normal text can be displayed in this custom tab.

There must be a way?
