Short code for static block does not work

i am trying to edit my shop page and there is that stattic block that i want to change, but it wont change on the page and the new short code does not work

support staff only.

and even when i delete the short code or turn of the banner it still shows on my website. so i cant change it nor remove it

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

i did turn them all off still same problem, but i made you a temporary wp admin see private section.
