    Hi! I have a question:

Is it possible to have the shopping cart widget in the top bar, next to the sign in/register links? I want it there using header 17 in woopress.

Alternatively, if I activate the cart widget in the header options, is it possible to have the sign in/register links there?

Now the only way to see both shopping cart widget and sign in/register links is to activate top bar and show cart widget, but then I get two rows. I want them in the same row.

Please let me know there is any custom css or simple way to achieve this. I want to be able to use the header 17 with a centered logo.

    Best regards
    Daniel

    Hello,

Sorry, but there is no such possibility.
You have to use other header type.

    Hello!

In your bags variant, you have the header 17, with the top bar with the shopping cart and search function to the right, and then a welcoming message and then the logon/register link to the left.

How do I get the login/register links in the top bar like this?

    Best regards
    Daniel

    Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header > Enable top bar, and enable Sign In/Register links.

    Hello nic_and_mel,

have you already created Register Page?
If no – first of all allow the registration. Navigate to Settings > General > Membership and mark Anyone can register. Then create Register Page and set the page template (under page attributes) to Custom Registration Page. After that ‘Register’ link will appear in header top bar.

Please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content and we will enable these links for you.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello!

I have the register page, and I get the links register/login when I enable them and the top bar. However, I get 2 top bars, with the links to the right, above the shopping cart/search.

Please see http://www.nicandfriends.com for how it looks.

Of course I want one top bar, with those links to the left, and search/shopping cart to the right exactly like in your bags variant demo.

Can you please help me fix this asap? See the login info in private content.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code
    <p>Welcome in <a href="#">Woobags</a> Guest! <a class="active" href="#">Login</a> or <a class="active" href="#">Register</a></p>
in Theme Options->Header->Header custom HTML (for 6, 7, 13, 14, 18 headers). Please check it.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hello!

I checked it, and now the links are there. However, I guess they do not work as if I enable top links (Register | Sign In), with a nice drop down and the ability to log out if you are logged in and so on? How do I lik those so they work (the register to the registering page, I guess, but where do I link the log in link? And what happens once I have registered or logged in? The the text will not change to my account/log out correct, so there is no way to log out?

Is there really no way to add the top links (Register | Sign In) to the left side of the top bar? This would be great.

As I see you’re already edited code that I added and they working on click.
You can also add text ‘Sign out/in’ like you did it with ‘Login/Register’.

Is there really no way to add the top links (Register | Sign In) to the left side of the top bar? This would be great.

Unfortunately we don’t have such options.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

Ok, thanks a lot for the info.

Maybe you can add the possibility to add the sign in/regitser links from the top bar as a short code in a future update? That would be great 🙂

    Best regards
    Daniel
