Hello, thank you for developing this theme it is beautiful. I am having some major issues and I am hoping you can help me out.

    1. On Safari: When the mouse hovers over the product, it shows the title and “add to Cart” buttons, however, they disappear too quickly and I am unable to click on them. – Unable to purchase. This was working fine before but stopped. It works properly on other browsers like Firefox

    2. The shopping cart added an additional “Place Order” tab. One works, one does not. I removed the “review-order.php file in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/checkout” as was suggested in previous support questions and it removed BOTH payment options. I just spent all day trying to repair that- so now it is back to 2 “place order” tabs

    Mobile Issues:
    3. When you touch the product, it BRIEFLY (if at all) shows the title and “add to Cart” buttons, however, they disappear too quickly and I am unable to click on them. – Unable to purchase (please disregard a few of the new bracelets that don’t have a price yet)

    4. I am unable to click on/open the submenu (the sub menu “scarves” under “necklaces”

Thank you in advance for your help! 🙂

    Hi Robert,

    Please see private content.

Also there is one more issue. When I copy a url form a product page and paste to Facebook and other social media, it shows “google font myriad pro – size…” along with the description. Is there a fix for this?

    Thank you!
    Melissa

    Hello,

You’re using old theme version which is not compatible with the latest Woocommerce plugin.
Please update the theme to 1.7.1 version.
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade > 1.5 Theme Upgrade
Please remove “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from the theme package of a new version.
Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update!

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi Eva, Should I reinstall the entire new theme or just replace the woo commerce folder in the directory as you described?

Also there is one more issue. When I copy a url form a product page and paste to Facebook and other social media, it shows “google font myriad pro – size…” along with the description. Is there a fix for this?

    Hello,

Please watch the tutorial how to update the theme (it’s for Legenda theme, but the process is the same):
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k

You need remove “woocommerce” folder before updating and it’ll be uploaded with new theme version.

    Hi Eva,

I tried to follow the video, however, I am unable to upload the royal folder when extracted. When i am in FTP files and try to upload the folder it opens the content of the folder and forces me to choose a file within it.

Ok Thank you, before I do update the version, do I need to delete the old plugin from ftp? Also are there any other steps after I update –

I don’t want to lose any data. Thank you

I’m sorry – please disregard that last comment. I updated the plugin successfully, however it did not fix the issues. Any suggestions? Thank you

FYI the issue on the desktop (explorer browser) happens when there is a product underneath the selected image/product. The products on the bottom of the grid work fine.

The issue still remains on mobile.

    Thank you
