  You can change the cart image or text by going to Dashboard > Theme Options > Static Block > Cart Page Block https://prnt.sc/1edr5i3

  I don’t have static block under theme options. My static block shows in the main dashboard however when I go in there’s no cart page block option.

  Hello,

  Sorry for the misunderstanding. That is the widget. You can change it in the Appearance > Widgets > Cart sidebar > edit the text widget.
