SHOPPING CART NOT WORKING – please help ASAP

    Hello yesterday the shopping cart on my website worked fine

    Now customers cannot add items to the cart, the product page works fine and allows me to add products to the cart but once transferred to the shopping page its empty

    Please assist as soon as possible!

    also when customers select the required fields on the shop page
    it still stills them that field is required

    yes i have customers are complaining about the cart, we have experienced numerous abandon carts and complaints

    ok i have found the issue your plugin is not working well with the product add ons, i have tried to use lEGENDA (one of your plugins) and many others and it works fine with all other thees except royal

    please try to add this to your cart to recreate the issue

    we had to disable REQUIRED add ons for other products to get the items to add to the cart with this theme. It seems in order for a product with add ons to successfully go to the cart, the add ons cannot be required.

    we left it on one product for u to see the issue

    If you’re still experiencing the issue please try to disable Ajax Add to Cart option in Theme Options > Single Product Page, clear browser cache and check product again.
