Shopping on my phone will add and register items in the shopping cart icon, but when I go to my cart, I get the ‘your shopping cart is empty’ message, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site and saw the same situation with official WooCommerce theme – Storefront. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Dear Rose,
Are you saying that because this problem is occurring on the Woocommerce storefront theme as well as the EightTheme it is not your concern? I do not have storefront installed on my server.
If the above is what you are saying then your Theme is of absolutely no value whatsoever to anyone unless their intention is to only have a shop serving customers on their computers, only. Which in this day and age seems very dubious.
Pleas reply in full wit more detail, if this is not resolvable please say so.

    Hello,

I’ve installed Storefront and checked the problem http://prntscr.com/eunbw1.
As you can see on our demo, add to cart there works fine on mobile, so you need to check 3-rd party plugins and cache on your site.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
