In mobile when i chnge page and refresh site chane product..
Anlso when i am page 2 there is no title “page2” when refresh there apear title “page 2” when i get page 3 there stay title “page2”

Hello,
1) It does not show the different products fter reloading, it looks that you tap logo link while trying to reload page and are redirected to the home page instead of the reloading.
2) If you use the Ajax pagination you don’t get page 2 or 3 in the page title because system loads additional products using Ajax requests without page reloading. If you reload page you are redirected to real page 2 or 3 to keep you at the same position and WooCommerce displays that you are on page 2 or 3 at the breadcrumbs. We can’t change it because we use the default WooCommerce breadcrumbs function.

In google we have good rank , in day may 100 click…
In old site we have sulg with georgian keyboard.. and all google link is georgin shrift…
New site we have english word in slug…

Actually I don’t see problem with the tag that has the Georgian characters, for example, https://kiku.ge/product-tag/%e1%83%90%e1%83%9b%e1%83%a7%e1%83%94%e1%83%9c%e1%83%94%e1%83%91%e1%83%94%e1%83%9a%e1%83%98/ It does not display not found page http://prntscr.com/qfw70q
Our support is able to help you with issues related strictly to theme options and issues. Changing of the permalinks and slugs is not theme option/theme issue.

Maybe ask you admin and try to make a redirect for the old site to the home page or to the shop page of the new site to allow users to search for the products they are interested in.

So, as you change pages (go from page 1 to page 2 and etc.) The web page slides up. That’s good, but we need it to jump up.

Can we make it like this: when you go to different pages, it should just spawn you to the top of the page instead of just sliding up, like just jump, no sliding at all

This animation comes from js file and there is no option to choose what type of animation to use for the Ajax pagination, unfortunately.

2) What exactly product should be added to Cart to see the problem? Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins

Sorry to disturb again guys but this is a very serious matter.

53% of our users use Phones and Georgian versions.

Which means that for 53% of the users the web page is fucked up – they think that certain products are out of stock forever because they see old data, then they decide to buy some products that seem to be in stock but suddenly they discover that it’s out of stock.

We never had error this serious and for this long before. We had the average of 340 visitors a day and now we’re down to 210.

Please fix this as soon as possible – Whatever you did with English version before, Helped the English version. Please just do the same with Georgian version

Hello,

I’m confused. Is this the new issue or this is a detailed explanation of the previous one? If this is the new problem then it would better to create new topic because you mix up all the questions in one topic and it causes misunderstanding.

We have visited your site from mobile device and the categories widget is closed, products at the first 3 pages of the shop are the same for both versions EN and GE, we did not check all the pages because you have a lit of products.
So, please, could you provide screenshots (using Gyazo or Lightshot screenshot tool) and explain what old data are you talking about? Provide links to products that are marked as in-stock but they are out of stock.
And the main question is: does this issue appear with our theme only and you don’t have it with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront. Because keep in mind that we are not responsible for the WooCommerce, WPML or WordPress issues, we are theme support and can help you only if the issue is caused by our theme.
