  Hi – My side product menu on my shop store is not working. Whenever the categories are clicked, nothing happens. I have gone into the menu section to make sure that the custom links included in the menu to make sure that they are correct and I found nothing incorrect. Please advise if there is anywhere else I can check to fix this error. This error is preventing all of my products from being displayed to customers. Thanks for your assistance.

  Please check whether you have installed the latest version of the theme and the XStore Core plugin. Also, ensure that the latest patches are applied to your store, as some of them may include the fixes you requested.   If you require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private area and attach us a video of the issue for better understanding.
