    Hi there,
    Steps to replicate the issue
    1] Goto shop page – https://dtefoods.co.nz/shop/
    2] Choose list mode – https://dtefoods.co.nz/shop/?view_mode=list
    The products list is displayed properly.
    3] Select order by date – https://dtefoods.co.nz/shop/?orderby=date&view_mode=list
    The product list is broken
    or
    3] Select order by price – https://dtefoods.co.nz/shop/?orderby=price-desc&view_mode=list
    The product list is broken

    Hello,

    Make sure that the theme was updated to 5.2 version then clear cache and check one more time.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins and check if you still have the problem.

    I tried everything that you suggested but nothing changed, the issue still exists.

    As I can see via browser console, you are using 5.1.6.1 version of the theme https://prnt.sc/ninpyu
    What version of the theme do you see via Appearance > Themes > XStore theme details?
    Please provide temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
